Material Handling Solutions

Here at Apex we can provide material handling solutions tailor-made to your specific requirements. We offer a range of standard and bespoke lifting and manipulation equipment. We will look closely at your particular needs and suggest all of the possible solutions. We will work with you to help choose the best solution for your particular application. The answer may be a piece of equipment already in existence. It may be possible to modify an existing item to suit your application. If necessary we can start with a clean sheet of paper and design a complete bespoke solution for you.

Design Process

During the design stage we will utilize our in house computer aided drawing program to create your solution. We produce and submit customer approval drawings before we begin the manufacturing. This harmonizes our concepts and proposals together with your expectations to ensure that the final product is suitable for your particular application.

LOLER Inspections

In accordance with current legislation we can provide scheduled in service examinations for all types of material handling and lifting equipment. Our engineers will carry out insurance inspections, damage reports and preventative maintenance reports for all types of material handling and lifting equipment. Appointed and competent persons complete 'on site' inspection and certification of all lifting equipment. Individually identified items are updated within our internal database and test certificates issued. We offer a total solution to complete either repairs or modifications to meet current standards.
