FABRICATION & MACHINE SHOP

Fabricated Products :
Backed by a team of coded welders we pride ourselves in the quality of our fabricated products. In addition to the welding of conventional carbon steels we also specialise in the fabrication of a variety of metals ranging from the standard 304 and 316 stainless steels up to the more unusual range of Nimonic and
Inconel alloys.

Welding Technology :
With our continued investment in the latest Pulsed MIG synergic welding equipment Apex can produce aluminium fabrications utilizing the most up to date and cost effective welding methods available today.

Sheet Metalwork :
Our sheet metalwork department has the capacity to brake press, guillotine and punch components in-house. Carrying out each of these manufacturing
operations under one roof allows Apex to control and monitor the quality of
our work throughout the production process.

We have a fully equipped assembly and machine shop with the engineering capacity for individual and multiple batch production.
